hey all..
my band just did a rough jam recording.
i would like to post it up here for all to enjoy and receive comments. :)

a short write up of the band

The band originally started off in 2002 with originals members, Joe, Sej and Sudhin.
Joe is the main vox of Flawed Element. Sej is the second vox doing the throating. Sudhin is the bassist.
the band went through many line up changes for drummers and guitars.
The Band found their current drummer during a competition and he was looking to explore sth different.
It worked out well. Brian brought in his brutal tech death metal influence into the songs and added a whole new dimension to the songs.
Clement (guitars) was brought in by Brian.
Jashan (guitars) was scouted by Sudhin at the same time from his current school.
Clement and Jashan brought their influences of melodic riffs, lead and influences of progression and metalcore to add another window to the music..
Thus now the line up is complete with six members.
We currently have 9 originals and working on more and improving the current ones whenever we can.
We look forward to letting everyone hear our music and to spread the love for music!

Peace and love for music always.

wah, not bad not bad...
really nice music. mind posting the lyrics?
aniwae imo, i think the drum volume kinda need to be lowered.
cant hear the guitars.
other than that, yar, its nice..
oklah2, its awesome... :D

yo! ... finally able to listen to your band in action... i must say it sounds very korn... but in a good way. Brian's drumming is pretty awesome man ...

but the guitar parts honestly could use some depth... there was some cliche bits that werent adding value to the song.

other then that its a great song man.

thank u so much for the kind words and comments ppl..
the lyrics i'll try to post as soon as i can cause they are only properly known by my vox.. hehe
hope to hear more comments :D

wa not too bad i like the throats. sounds blackmetalish. have you all thought of moving out of the metalcore thing? just a question. can hear alot of different influence together.

edit: how you all do a 'rough jam recording'

yes we're all of different backgrounds..
that makes the music a bit 'different'
hope it appeals to u guys :)
anyway wat u mean moving out of the metalcore scene?
haha
trying to get gigs also.. no luck.. trying our best.

and nak.. a jam recording can be done at soundmix studios :)
theyre basically like ur amp miked up .. thats abt it
no individual tweaking and pretty much the settings like reverb is like for everyone together..
its basically for ppl to hear themselves and improve :)

oh ya.. i was just asking like remove the metalcore elements. just a question. cause i dont like the sound of the 'new' metalcore sound. just a personal thing.

Hey ho...

Drummer here... Thanks for the comments... Any drummers' comments? I'll be using ddrum triggers armed with alesis td6 module for proper recordings in future... Trying as hard as possible to get Daniel Erlandsson's (Arch Enemy) kinda trebly triggered sound... Waddaya guys think?

hey jashan.. jonathan from projeria here.. not bad ah your song.. very diff from the songs u played on mm day ah.. haha.. cool. your drummer is quite good ah.. impressive that this is recorded during ur jam session.. damn tight considering its not some track recording.. keep it up!!

hey jon.. nice to see u hear man!
hope to hear from u guys too.. thanks for listening man. :D

hope to see u guys playing more in the future man
keep rocking

tts quite tight dude. definitely traces of linkin park in it. like the soad vocals. solid. not the usual kind of metal u hear i think. maybe when u haf a better recording with drums lowered, u cld post it?
