Stop it already lah guys. We don't need another rap / nu-metal / fake music / real music / dragonforce rocks or sucks kinda debate. Waste of bandwidth!

Oh c'mon guys. We all like different stuff okay? I started off listening to both linkin park and dragonforce and now listen to nearly everything under the sun. So meh. And the shirt is kinda nice :)
 
it's a sad state of affairs looking at kids listening to "hardcore music" like rap thinking its so cool and hip and dissing music that requires skill to play.
 
The skill involved in production, for different type of music is never obvious to just listeners or anyone who only knows limited form of music.

Most of the time, we only know what we want to know, which in the bigger picture of music making, is just a small fraction of knowledge thats almost insignificance. At most, we only have opinions, but definitely not knowledge to compare nor denounce any other kind, thats not our kind of music.

i'm talking about people like deathcubek, who thinks he is some authority on martial arts and music, dissing ip man, wing chun, taekwondo and now dragonforce, while thinking he is some cool and hip yo yo wassup wassup rapper.
