I'm seriously considering a Valveking 212.

i think they only bring in the popular choices. the more esoteric gear has to be ordered at retail i think.

I've enquired to them abt the VK 212 combo before. Do give them a call and they will be able to bring it in for you I'm sure.

Oh and the price quoted was quite reasonable as well.

Yeah, its a pretty popular model me thinks.
And really reasonable for a full tube amp (if u go by online prices that is)

the Peavey tube tone is too typified by the models in the upper hierarchy: JSX/ 6505/ Triple XXX. the Valve King speaks for the utilitarian, mid-price champion...

Definitely not sure why these amps aren't available here from the distributors. I would have expected the VK series to be at least in stores by now but no sign of it and the only way is to order it direct off Swee Lee. :evil:

How are we supposed to test the amps then.

IMO the mini colossal is overpriced.
