Which pickup to use for bridge?

Hi,
I currently own a SX SG with Duncan Designed Detonators pickups, both neck and bridge and i'm thinking of changing maybe the neck pickup and preferably an EMG .

Any recommendations on which EMG model i should install for my neck pickup ?

2. Not advised to mix active/ passive pickup in a single guitar

what genre do you play? im not familiar with SD-designed Detonators..better go for an EMG set, e.g. 85(N) + 81(B) (Zakk Wylde set), or 60(N) + 81(B) (Matt Bachand)...

if you want passive pups, try the DiMarzio D Activators, D Activator X, or X2N...

Sorry everyone, i play most metal, from heavy to thrash.
I myself have a dimarzio DP107 but i took it out.

if u really want tried and tested active pups, go for EMG or SD Blackouts, better go for a pair, e. g. EMG 85+81..

what do you not like about your current pickups?

i remember reading that x2n was designed after active pickups..but yea its still a passive pickup but trust me it sounds fantastic esp if ur playing metal..
i've the d activator and x2n on my ibanez... definitely worth the money
