The JP guitars have backplates for the springs. you could remove that and bring it to the concert instead of the whole guitar, and its not a bad place to have it signed too. Or alternatively, just get him to tattoo/sign your ass-cheeks

lol, +1 to nebo. anyway, i think signing just below the bridge is the best, since u almost never ever will touch that area. thus there is a minimal chance of the signature getting scratched etc.

buy one extra cavity plate, get them sign on the cavity plate. then stick over with clear laminate. put on guitar and take photo.
