You guy can find DAS Mikrofon Vol 1 and Vol 2 CD(very hard to find now). They feature all vintage mic which no longer made. These made my decision to make "niu men" KM180 series base on KM 80 series on these recording. The U47 and U67 is really good, so U87 should be no brainer.

used the AE6100 over the weekend and my pastor in church said it was way easier to hear me over the band than the shures..
i'm convinced.. haha

That's great to hear! Out of curiosity, do you know the diaphragm size of the AE6100? You mentioned previously the EV N/D767a has a large diaphragm, do you know its size as well?
