Which basses are good for beginnners

not aware if there's any other Musicman-type copy units, the one i know of (& it's a good one) is the OLP brand @ Davis, as mentioned earlier...

my cousin got the OLP starter set to start him up
it cost $495 from Davis
i got my Boss ODB-3 at $116 from Sweelee
if im not wrong there's 40% off boss stuff
