Where to get amp mods done?

Looking to get the billm mods done on my blues junior 3 (http://billmaudio.com/wp/?page_id=65), but I have no prior experience with circuits/soldering, so I'm not very keen to try and mod my amp on my own. Any idea of a tech/shop which might help me to do the mods?
