Where to buy this Planet Waves Tuner?

You can find this tuner at Swee Lee or Ranking Sports. I think they're selling em' at a price range of 90-100 bucks.

I have one not in use anymore ever since I got my Pitchblack. If you're interested I can sell it to you at a cheaper price. PM me if interested :)

This was the first pedal tuner i owned. Sold it off cause it was too damn heavy. Got a Korg DT10 after that and i've stuck with Korg tuners ever since. I'm not sure about the difference, accuracy wise. Personally, i prefer the Pitchblack over the PW. The Pitchblack is slightly smaller and way lighter due to the fact that it's made of plastic (I think) and the PW tuner is made of metal. However, the Pitchblack does not have a bypass tuning mode, unlike the DT10 and PW. So the only way to tune is to engage the pedal which would mute it. Nonetheless, i'd still stick with my Pitchblack.

If you're anal about the whole true bypass thing, here's this website which investigates both pedals.

Oh btw, i've seen it selling at Ranking and Music Theme.

Wow thanks, but seems like the PW one don't have a true bypass. I'll go take a look at them both. Is the Korg one more pricey though? I was searching on Musician's friend and it cost like USD50 more than the PW one.

No experience with the daddarios/PWs, but the korg DT-10 is excellent.

Bright LED indicators, as accurate as I expect it to be. It's not small, but it's not big or expensive like the petersons either.

Works very well as a pedal tuner. No complaints.

Pitchblack - $84 at Citymusic, PW Tuner - $95 at Ranking. Regarding the Pitchblack, you might have to reserve a piece from Citymusic as it sells very fast. You can try your luck at the Buy/Sell section.

PW tuner also available at TYMC.

Thanks to all who suggested the Pitchblack tuner. I purchased it a few months ago and it's awesome. The weight is extremely friendly too, it's light!
