You can get it at Swee lee bras brasah. The brand is Planet waves.

the one with the string cutter is by Planet waves which is quite expensive. The cheaper one is like 2 bucks? Davis, Ranking, Sweelee, Music theme etc. has it.

what i suggest is getting a cheap strign winder i got mine for 3 bucks??
and get yourself a wirecutter...5 bucks at most at hardware store...
rather than spending 20 plus for an overprice gaget...but serves teh same purpose...
