In the early 90s (1992 like dat), there was this indie band called The Pagans. I only know Morris and Rick in the band. Last i heard (very long time ago also, they played in KL gigs) Just wondering if they are still around.

Anyone knows?

Drummer Edwin is currently serving in MUON.

I used to have the CD but my friend lost it... Bitch!!!

They did sometime as the unit called Starr. Supposed to be more "commercial" but I've never seen Starr live. Soooo...

We can call the 'Radio Station...' gang out for drinks... Haven't seen them for a while.

I have their Spiralkineticdreams somewhere... Its the one with tracing paper cover. (Just like the tracing paper i used when i was still doing M&E drafting!) They remind me of Ride alot... The frontman have a bunch of Boss pedals when they performed which is rare during those times...

he had a bar across all the pedals so that he could turn em on all at once!

Ken, thanks a lot dude..

Pagans had a powerful performance at Singapore Poly.. they played some Ride covers..the lights, the atmosphere.. made them felt that it was their best gig ever.

And u know wat.. when they appeared on stage initially, those 'typical' rockers already booed at them, chanting "we want rock, not kental!".."Give us rock! No pop!"
but it was these same grp of ppl that cheered the loudest when Pagans started playing their 3-4th song.

Yup... Same with Force Vomit during one of their gigs there... And Stoned Revivals when they appeared with a trumpet player too... Well, they're a few of the bands with new/unique/original/different sounds/style at that period.
