Where can i get these foam sound dampener things ??

u can get the egg carton lookin sponge from ranking 50plus for quite a big piece

i just went there today

the man said it is $50 for 1.5m x 2m. dimensions i think that's it, he and the auntie were confusing me.

i forgot to ask if he can cut the foam for us, cos cutting foam neatly, especially such a big piece, doesnt look easy. any tips on how to place the foam in a room to soundproof effectively?
