Does any store in Singapore stock Gretsch hollowbodies.. not the professional series made in japan (costs too much).. rather the made in korea electromatic hollowbodies.

hmm .. u could try swee lee sims drive

i rem seeing a couple of em here ..

maybe call them up first b4 going down

OK swee lee carries only the Synchromatic series of gretsch guitars... not even the electromatic series, let alone the full-on real deal gretsches. IMHO the synchromatic series is very not worth it, overpriced bolt-neck guitars that are poorly constructed (the neck joint is not tight at all) that don't sound very awe-inspiring. plus you don't get the gretsch logo on the headstock, so very major bummer. try searching for gretsch guitars online instead... i think ishibashi music stocks them if im not wrong.

ok.. just wanted to get some info on the availability of gretsch guitars in singapore. currently studying in australia so wanted to find out if singapore had any (didnt want to buy a gretsch here due to high prices and the exchange rate).

but it seems like i am better off scouring for a 2nd hand gretsch here (white or black falcon).. just have to eat maggi mee and tinned food till end of the year

Gretsch

Gretsch is really cool and nice man.

My dream is to have a Gretsch Duo Jet, a Eric Johnson Signature Strat and a Gibson Les Paul. Wo hoo.
