best way to gain weight is to eat 3 times a day and sleep after every meal.
Around 38Kg to 40Kg but my height is 166.I'm severely underweight.Somemore I'm the thinnest among the 19 people in my class.
I use to b the fattest in my sch years....weigh 117kg and height abt 178cm.....
bt 1 1/2 years ago, i underwent a diet....crash diet will b the exact word....
and now, i weigh 86kg....and height of 183cm....still overweight...hahaha
Last 5 months 110Kg - Now, whoooping 82KG...And dropping
