No I know people with diverse tastes. They listen to Depeche Mode and Metallica and Blue Oyster Cult. If you listen to Jonas Brothers it means your taste is bad, not diverse.

Different people have different tastes. Just because you personally don't like Jonas Brothers' style of music, that does not mean it sucks. It is just not the kind of music you like.

I'm not defending Jonas Brothers though. I don't like them either.

In fact, my dad thinks I have bad taste because I love this 'super loud' music that we know of as the almighty heavy metal...

Um, no. The Beatles are epic. How is Jonas Brothers in any way or form similar to the Beatles?

The Jonas Brothers are really just out there to make money from little girls and believe in drug-free, clean family rock. The kind that usually sucks the most.
