really cool band. but their songs are rather like repititions.
all the songs rhythm and stuffs are the same, except some difference here and there.

Its a collaboration of greenday and two other guys right?

and is quite lacking in strong tracks.

Definitely. It got me to like power metal once again. I recommend you get it. A friend of mind who never listens to metal before loves it like crazy and he's already worshipping the band.
