What songs use the best of the wah pedal??

voodoo child, tales of brave ulysses, white room, sweet child o mine, mr brownstone.
mainly stuff by clapton, hendrix and slash. could take a look into RHCP songs too.
or you could just improv a solo and use wah, that will probably be the most fun option.

His use of the wah is quite something. There is a lesson on youtube where he explains how he plays Surfing with the Alien. Recent lesson, I think this year one.
Last part of the lesson, he talks about using the wah to add distinctiveness to what was originally a 2 guitar part, but when played live, its one guitar. So the wah comes in for BOTH parts but he uses it to give like 2 different voicings.
