Hey guys, what pedals you use for rythm and lead? Multi effects user as well...

If you guys got recording feel free to post k? Thanks a lot.

yeah, but i use it only if i need to, like shanes house, bass amp no dist, so i brought my pedal, otherwise, it'll still be collecting dust...

most pedals give artificial or digital sound, so i dont use any :D

Have you tried a TS9DX?
Or a SD-1?
Or the Ibanez DE-7?
Or any of the Tech21 Sansamps?

Man, come on... digital = artificial, I understand.. but most pedals????

Anyway, I use a Tri AC for my main tones, the TS9DX for boosting a 2nd gain stage or giving a boost for a clean solo... and recently, I got a Demeter mid boost pedal.. now thats one hell of a 14dB boost to my mids of soloing! Thats what I would use for boosting live.

Guitar to Boss DS-2 to amp :D
I use the onboard effects on my amp though, does that count? The Roland chorus on the Cube series is pretty nice IMO

danelectro mini flanger, george dennis wah, dunlop volume/wah, george dennis phaser, Next Compressor/sustainer, Locobox stereochorus, Zinky Truegrit, couple of others that i don't remember.

my current pedalboard setup is a modded EH Big Muff Pi to a danelectro PB&J mini digital delay to a DOD digital delay/sampler to an MXR phase 90.

i managed to get my hands on a MoogerFooger analog delay for recording. it was awesomely awesome. i'd love to have one but it's not practical for live shows i suppose. perhaps in the future if i'm able to put together a professional recording studio at home. that would be very cool.

BOSS DS1 and SD1...
digital just doesnt cut it for me, i'm very anal especially when it comes to dist/od and wahs ~
also .... these to pedals are quite cheap so get them custom modded ~!
hahaha~!
As for delays, i prefer the "fade" that come with the analog ones ...
i use an Ibanez PT3 (dist/delay/chorus - out of production) for the analog delay only~
i'm considering selling the PT3, gimme a shout if ya interested in this old analog pedal ~

Also ... i tried the BOSS PW10 wah .... very disappointed ~
got nice sounds .. good emulation,
but the sweep and feel just wasnt there ~

but i gotta admit ....
other than distortion, overdrive & delay,
digital appeals to me more. (eg. flanger, chorus ...etc)
actually ... digital delay nice for some stuff also ... but i just prefer analog ~

Sob... I wanna buy effects but I super noob... can't play decently yet... but on a future thought what distortion pedal is easy to use and sound nice... a tone like simple plan, blink 182 and bowling for soup ???

as a noob,
wat you want is an effects pedal dat can have alot of sounds in one ~
especially since you duno wat you want yet (had the same problem) ...~

my advice is to get a 2ndhand Boss DS-1 (luther classifieds)
then send to Randolf for a switchblade mod..~
The switch blade has a 2-way switch (tone) and a 3-way switch different distortions sounds~!
This allows you 6 different distortion sounds ...
one of the settings even allows you to get the stock SD1 overdrive

all-in-one ... with no compromise of tone ~
you can contact him at the e-mail below my signature ~

SD1 is my favourite stock pedal ~!
Got that classic soft rock/ country sound .. ~

i'm into Mr Big and KISS~
The mod for it is great ~!
but .. when i compared the ts9 and the sd ...
i prefer the sd ... (just personal preferance) ~

the sd ... i just use for soft rock ..
and coz i'm kinda into country now ...
it surves it's purpose ~

But for versatile overdrive and dist ...
my advice is to get a metalzone and modd ~!
That doesnt mean the mt2 is a od pedal ...
when i say the stack sound ... i set dist ard 3 o'clock, den get
like ... high distortion ... through a very very overdriven tube amp ~!
Got that kinda ... "breaks" .. american stack something like dat ~
SOLID LAH ~!
but when the dist is at zero .... ahhhh sweet overdrive ~
with all the eq settings ... and the seeing-eye ....

sweet bro .... just sweet ... ~!

My favourite modded pedal ~!!
Can even get the kinda STACK sound on a small amp ~
but for those who want the option to return to the mt2 dist,
Randolf can put in a switch to toggle between the settings ~
