Take this test to find out.

http://www.mypersonality.info/personality-types/
(Requires a quick registration but it's damn fast and worth your time! Answer the questions honestly and based on general situations, without being biase.)

Unlike most personality tests online, the MBTI personality test is generally accurate and is often used in the construction of teams, groups, etc at the workplace. Taking this test will be useful to helping you discover your strengths and weaknesses!

For me, I'm a strong INTP - meaning Introverted, Intuition, Thinking, Perception.

Strengths: Makes up 1% of the world's population, one of the rarest types, intellectual, creative, opinionated, eccentric, etc

Weaknesses: Can come across as impersonal and cold (Duh!), can be plague by self-doubt. (Really, I'm not sure about this...or am I?!), individualistic.

It is mostly proven that generally the dumbest people walking the face of the Earth are usually the ESFPs.. So, um, if you take the test, good luck in not being an ESFP!

I'm guessing that Mr. SOFT, owner of SOFT, is probably an ISFJ or ISTJ. both of which have a strong sense of right vs. wrong, value cultural traditions and norms, and a healthy sense of responsibility.

Post your results here to share!!! Trust me you will learn a lot about yourself from this short 10 minute test :)

Kudos! INTPs are rare in Singapore (and the world :P)
An additional fact: Although INTPs make up approx. 1 percent of the world's population, we make up more than 50% of the world's highest intellects along with the INTJs. Pretty cool huh? But we're also kinda wishy-washy in our decision making so it kinda balances out...

Albert Eistein was an INTP, but he was also a forgetful and clumsy little bugger. :)

I don't need to take that test. I have taken many simliar types of tests in the past and the verdict has always been "Awesome".

I'm a strong INTP.

I agree with their descriptions. Introverted, subjective thinkers who value intelligence.

But the last time I did it in my secondary school, I was an ENTP. Haha, it changed!

Wow three INTPs in one single thread! :) Pretty amazing.
I used to be an ENTP too! Then I think I was surrounded by too many Feelers over Thinkers and retracted into avoiding them. I really have a low tolerance for people who make judgments with their emotions over thought.

vernplum, you should take one more test, but not a personality one. How about taking a test that determines your level of self-delusion? :)

im a ENFP - The "Advocate"

hahha, but for me, these kinda tests always depends on my mood.
i seldom take it seriously.. my results ALWAYS vary.. ahahah.

About the ISTJ
Expert Quotes & Links
"ISTJs are often called inspectors. They have a keen sense of right and wrong, especially in their area of interest and/or responsibility. They are noted for devotion to duty. Punctuality is a watchword of the ISTJ. The secretary, clerk, or business(wo)man by whom others set their clocks is likely to be an ISTJ."
- ISTJ Profile (TypeLogic)

"ISTJs are very loyal, faithful, and dependable. They place great importance on honesty and integrity. They are "good citizens" who can be depended on to do the right thing for their families and communities. While they generally take things very seriously, they also usually have an offbeat sense of humor and can be a lot of fun - especially at family or work-related gatherings."
- Portrait of an ISTJ (The Personality Page)

"...characterized by decisiveness in practical affairs, are the guardians of institutions, and if only one adjective could be selected, "super dependable" would best describe them."

"...private, does not appreciate strangeness, not adventurous, not spontaneous, follows the rules..."
- Jung Type Descriptions (ISTJ) (similarminds.com)

"At work, ISTJs get things done on a timely basis. They honor deadlines, and they believe in thoroughness. A half-finished job is not a job well done. They established procedures and schedules, and are uncomfortable with those who do not do the same. ISTJs put duty before pleasure. As long as they can fulfill their responsibilities, they feel useful and thereby satisfied. Their work does not have to be fun, but it has to count toward something productive. ISTJs believe that vacations are something that one takes only when work has been accomplished; thus, at times they do not take vacations even when they could and should."

Eh how come I can still post? I thought I got banned... Nevermind, I shall break my silence for just this one post.

I'm an INTJ

Rational Portrait of the Mastermind (INTJ)

All Rationals are good at planning operations, but Masterminds are head and shoulders above all the rest in contingency planning. Complex operations involve many steps or stages, one following another in a necessary progression, and Masterminds are naturally able to grasp how each one leads to the next, and to prepare alternatives for difficulties that are likely to arise any step of the way. Trying to anticipate every contingency, Masterminds never set off on their current project without a Plan A firmly in mind, but they are always prepared to switch to Plan B or C or D if need be.
Masterminds are rare, comprising no more than, say, one percent of the population, and they are rarely encountered outside their office, factory, school, or laboratory. Although they are highly capable leaders, Masterminds are not at all eager to take command, preferring to stay in the background until others demonstrate their inability to lead. Once they take charge, however, they are thoroughgoing pragmatists. Masterminds are certain that efficiency is indispensable in a well-run organization, and if they encounter inefficiency-any waste of human and material resources-they are quick to realign operations and reassign personnel. Masterminds do not feel bound by established rules and procedures, and traditional authority does not impress them, nor do slogans or catchwords. Only ideas that make sense to them are adopted; those that don't, aren't, no matter who thought of them. Remember, their aim is always maximum efficiency.

In their careers, Masterminds usually rise to positions of responsibility, for they work long and hard and are dedicated in their pursuit of goals, sparing neither their own time and effort nor that of their colleagues and employees. Problem-solving is highly stimulating to Masterminds, who love responding to tangled systems that require careful sorting out. Ordinarily, they verbalize the positive and avoid comments of a negative nature; they are more interested in moving an organization forward than dwelling on mistakes of the past.

Masterminds tend to be much more definite and self-confident than other Rationals, having usually developed a very strong will. Decisions come easily to them; in fact, they can hardly rest until they have things settled and decided. But before they decide anything, they must do the research. Masterminds are highly theoretical, but they insist on looking at all available data before they embrace an idea, and they are suspicious of any statement that is based on shoddy research, or that is not checked against reality.

i'm ENFP hehe. Advocate siahh not bad not bad.

ENFP- 'The Advocate'
ENFPs are introspective, values-oriented, inspiring, social and extremely expressive. They actively send their thoughts and ideas out into the world as a way to bring attention to what they feel to be important, which often has to do with ethics and current events. ENFPs are natural advocates, attracting people to themselves and their cause with excellent people skills, warmth, energy and positivity. ENFPs are described as creative, resourceful, assertive, spontaneous, life-loving, charismatic, passionate and experimental.

ESTP - The guy with the flamethrower...
I mean, the persuader :P

"These are the ultimate realists. Extraverted Sensors are at one with objects and experiences now, in the only living, pulsing moment that ever really exists. The Sensor is compelled to see, touch, taste, smell and feel all that moves, wafts, tingles, tinkles, scintillates, vibrates or resonates"

"Promoters are men and women of action. When someone of this personality is present, things begin to happen: the lights come on, the music plays, the game begins."

"likes to lead, likes sports, risk taker, tends to dominate conversations, fearless, can handle criticism"

"Enthusiastic and excitable, ESTPs are "doers" who live in the world of action. Blunt, straight-forward risk-takers, they are willing to plunge right into things and get their hands dirty. They live in the here-and-now, and place little importance on introspection or theory. The look at the facts of a situation, quickly decide what should be done, execute the action, and move on to the next thing."

"At work, ESTPs contribute a straightforward attitude that calls on people to make things happen quickly. They keep things lively and are willing to take personal and organizational risks. They enjoy crises and like to dive right in and skillfully negotiate through them."

I think this has something to do with being some sort of pyromaniac :P

i am a strong INFP - the Dreamer.

INFPs are introspective, private, creative and highly idealistic individuals that have a constant desire to be on a meaningful path. They are driven by their values and seek peace. Empathetic and compassionate, they want to help others and humanity as a whole. INFPs are imaginitive, artistic and often have a talent for language and writing. They can also be described as easygoing, selfless, guarded, adaptable, patient and loyal.

i don't have a talent for language and writing. haha
