another regret was introducing my best fren to porn. no kidding. ok maybe indirectly. it was sec 1 and he asked whats pornography cause the DM was explaining about the rules of the school blabla. and i explained and he got curious and asked me more and i told him more then...hahahahahah. wtf

just a sch aquaintance(sp?) and he found out i smke and ask me teach him .

I do regret some of my past, but whats the point of bringing it up again?
Just learn from the mistakes made in the past and not do it again. Its better that way rather that keep thinking the wrong things you did and for nothing you feel misarable about it again.

Ok i admit. I do wish I could go back in time and fix things up.

i personally believe that in life, we're meant to experience all sorts of emotions/feelings/thoughts and what so ever.

the best way to deal with it is to accept it.

you won't gain anything by trying to reject the thoughts of those feelings you feel, and neither would you want to consciously remind yourself about those feelings.

pple dwel on their regrets becasue they've yet to come to terms with it, they have yet accept that regret. when they fully come to terms with it, it'll become part of them and they won't feel "regretful" anymore.

you can think of you and your regret as 2 lines. if you try to push the "regret" line away, you're still acting on it, you're still doign something on it, you're not forgetting it or whatso ever. and obviously you won't want to pull the "regret" line towards you rite?
the only thing you should do is to keep these 2 lines parallel.

this whole thing doesn't just apply to regrets but to me also applys to pain, embarrassment and fear etc.

but there's a big difference between accepting and embracing though.

Haha, losing my good friend over a misunderstanding before I graduated was one of my biggest regrets too because she meant a lot to me. But!

After a year, she messaged me to wish me happy birthday and the misunderstanding was cleared. I believe your lost good friend valued your friendship a lot, so do not give up hope cos one day he/she might just decide to talk to you again!

biggest regret was doing 360 flip down 5 stairs with a skateboard at singapore indoor stadium park there.....

landed head first, knocked out for 5 mins and was dizzy thru out... the besh thing my leg swell to a size of lemon n a few days my head came out a buah duku.....

mum nag n nag n confiscated my skateboard for 2 weeks... sienz
