For me, I listen to rock.

hmm, most people on soft listen to rock anyway (guitar and drum, duh!). Yeah I like most rock genres, preferably high tempo stuffs. I like Jpop too. I can remember the lyrics without understanding one bit of it haha

Hey I agree with your signature man. A lot of people judge musicians using famous and mainstream songs.... E.g. I play guitar but I can't play canon rock. They say I waste money buy fender. -__- canon rock don't mean anything...

prefer stuff that are Alternative, Rock. A bit of punk, hardcore, emo is fine. One genre i dislike is heavy metal. sounds more like noise to me IMO

the worst thing you can tell a musician is that he/she is making noise. it's kinda like the highest level of insult. judge not lest ye be judged...LOL. anyway i don't like metal but i don't think it's noise. it's just a genre of music that i'm not interested in. though there are few metal songs which do appeal to me..i'm a drummer and i get pissed off everytime someone (generally adults) say i'm making too much noise in my room.
