those people working, are workers, like me, your parents, brothers, sisters, friends etc. We work under the system.
they have other things better to do, but since they are workers, working for which ever agency they are working for. This is their job.

I had an interesting discussion yesterday with a nature activist. He asked me this question... Has NParks the powers to enact laws or are they just executors of the laws already enacted? After thinking a short while I said... In that case the laws was set by Ministry of National Development and he nodded. the flow goes like this... NParks have no Minister in charge to approve the laws... MND make the laws, NParks implement them and if things go wrong... take the blame...

If it was me they were fining, I wouldn't have showed them my 11B and I'd just walk away. They wouldn't be able to do shit because they have no warrant/authority what so ever to ask for identification and I'm not obliged to comply. If they want, they could tail me and call the police. If they manhandled me, I'd lovelovelovelovelovelovelove give them a beating of their life under the act of "self-defence". Some people are just more hot tempered than others, they're lucky they got quite a relac and passive uncle.

Not only 11B actually, haha so used to saying 11B for IC now that I actually typed it out when I ment the other. Even IC, nobody is obliged to show their IC to anybody in public unless they have an official warrant card/police identification in which they can demand that you show it to them.
Our ICs are NOT car number plates!!!
