Hi guys,
Thought I'll do a little poll to see what kind of lessons you guys would like next... Listed down a couple, hope everyone sees something they like.

FYI, i can do up the Pentatonic lesson the fastest... then chords, tapping and choosing the right note.

Cheerio!

yea man...I said the same thing too. MAJOR props to the author.
you should have seen the folks at the Petrucci forum going ga-ga over it haha..
and his licks aren't the tired old neoclassical licks, so it's even better.

Hehehe... I must say this though... a lot of his shred licks are Petrucci-like licks. Or is it more towards Paul Gilbert? Oh well... can't rem now...

Extreme flash work i say..the author must b gd in flash & guitar. or mayb hez just a hardcore enthusiast

choosing the right notes for me.. most of the time i can come up with riffs and licks in my head but can't translate them onto the freatboards..

well apparently there arent any options for all of the above .. but that would be best .. thanks for helping us out by painstakingly doing up all these vids i presume u are bored or just killing time.. but still i applaud ur greatest sincerity in helping us all..

Well uzzo... I want to try my hand at doing up online lessons... its a different and often difficult thing because I need to be able to express myself well and make it easy so people wouldn't get bored/tired/confused.

Planning for bigger stuff. :)

how about using petatonics to teach how to choose the right note??

Ah... if its a strictly pentatonic lesson, it would be limited because well, I would only have the pentatonic scale.

But choosing the right notes also applies to pentatonics so its cool. ;)

I'd rather have a general overview of choosing the right note; why restrict ourselves to the pentatonic?

Dan gonna release an instructional DVD one day eh?

well, my objective was to learn improvising using petatonics. Have heard many songs in petatonics. but unable to really come up with cool solos due to lack of ability to choose notes and technically handicapped.

Ah... not yet lah. ;)

boss, i think one day we should collate all the good stuff on soft and publish it as a book man. from subversion's recommendations to your lessons to repair work by many of the other softies here.

i'm sure James would be interested in that. 8)
