ahhaha i dont give a crap abt how famous they are.. i'm just angry at being labelled them just because of the guitar i use. labelled by PRETTY girls somemore..

i'm just really anti mainstream... i dont want to be associated with it in anyway..

heh, i think, musically, the jonas brothers have something going for them. they make real catchy and interesting tunes. if you do make the effort to listen to mainstream music, you'd realise that alot of it is pretty decent instead of dissing it off for being too " predictable " or "gay".

Their opening riff from S.O.S sounds like The take over, the breaks over from fall out boy. I just don't understand why they have a gibson guitar ( i tink it's custom made but not in custom shop). and their fans are the worst. Most of their fans are rich girls who are like cant withstand pain or hurt those kind... and fall out boy is my idol, and they (can i use copy?) fall out boy's riff and make it like they thot of it. I understand that to become better, you must REFER to other people's work. but i dun tink so, in music.

many bands were like that.. for example, busted, and even blink 182.. i told you i wasnt pissed off with them being popular. its because of the kinda of music I play, i dont want to be known as something else..

There are many reason why bands are mainstream.
Firstly, they really got some real music going on.
Secondly, they are in the charts and as more people see it, they will listen to it.
Thirdly, publications. For JB, they got disney to advertise them. And many kids watch cartoons from them, so they can be famous.
Fourthly, Chance.

I don't really thinks that mainstream music are the best or whatsoever, they are just that they are popular and people listen to it. Some non-mainstream bands like Weezer also got nice songs. For e.g., singapore's electrico went to london to perform. They are quite famous and good enough to perform overseas. But there's surely other better bands than them right? But they don't have the chance/opporutnity.

what irks me is the number of girls my age who swarm all over them claiming they're the best band in the worst with the best looks, the best songs, and the best lyrics.
