for those who like the "stompbox", thanx. but that's not exactly a "design", just some sort of "pixel pushing" i did in the morning. and like sanyorita said, its not exactly original! hahahahahahh...

hahahahhhahah... hey, glad u guys like the hands, those are mine!!! hehehehehehh... abt the "SOFTIE", i guess i'll have to explain why that and not something else... (feels like explaining to my art director la...)
i feel that its more interesting to use an indirect approach. i mean as putting the hands and put "ROCK" or "HEAVY" or "WOOOHOOO!!!", is straightforward, and i'm guessing, lots of people will do that, and thus, its going to be the "same/uniform". i feel contrast/contradiction is beautiful. especially when u have the words and the pictures used pulling at different directions. its "softie", but the hands deffinitely shows rock, power, loud, huge crowd, noise, etc... i want people to do a double take and take a look a 2nd time. (did i read/see that wrongly?) and i want a reaction (both negative and positive), a smile, a frown, from ppl who view it. i'd rather have a "huhh??!, what the f**k!!!, aiyohh!!, something wrong lehh...!!, apa ni??, siao ah!!??" rather than "ok. nice." and of course, SOFTie is us, the ppl of SOFT. rite?

what if you put the hands and "SOFTIE" on the front and put www.soft.com.sg behind, like, in small print just under the collar/neckline?
that way people are like "wth?" when they see the front but then you walk past and they're like "ohhhhhhhhhh it's a website!"
