What do you do with guitars like these? :(

I picked up my guitar from the bed and put it on the stand.
I bent down to pick up a guitar pick from the floor.
I heard a loud crashing sound from behind me. Hahaha ok, it wasn't a crashing sound but... Yeah.
Well, accidents do happen.
I know this doesn't look as pretty as your les paul. Don't rub it in! Hahaha. Jkjk. I've had a lot of people tell me my les paul looks like shit but trust me, it sounds awesome! *i'm not living in self denial!*

So i have a couple of questions.
Is it possible to like glue back that chunk of wood jutting out? Cause there's where my forearm will be and it'll scratch me.
If that's not possible, do you think i should get someone to do a relic like the Slash/Jimmy Page les paul?

Give me your opinions on what i should do k. But don't give me answers like asking me to chuck it cause i'm a poor 16 year old student with no steady income. Hahaha.

Wow.. You've got a big nose.. HAHAHAHA.. Kidding lah..

That's the reason I don't keep my guitars on a stand.. You're lucky the headstock is okay..
Anyways what LP is that?
Don't worry lah.. While the resale value will be affected, as long as tone is the same, it should be okay..
It looks painful though.. Don't think you can cover it up.. Relic your guitar what else!

I'm seksi that way! LOL.

I'm actually pretty bummed that the les paul is still in 1 piece. After all it's been through.

advice would be that if u love ur les paul then im sure a lil injury here and there wouldnt really matter as long as its a cosmetic kinda thing. as for the parts which have exposed wood, maybe get someone to fix it so it wont scratch u while ure playing and maybe have the exposed wood finished with some sort of oil or something. i know having stuff like that happens can be a nasty experience but then it just adds character to ur guitar. like real deal relic rather than all those trying to do so and paying so much to have it as such.

If u love the guitar just leave it as is. Or to protect the wood, u can get your girlfriend's/ mum's nailpolish and coat it over the wood. Don't relic it further won't look nice. Theres nothing that looks better than a natural relic.

Then when you get old, u can tell your grandchildren stories about that guitar haha.

YEAH KERPLUNK, GET YOUR GIRLFRIEND TO LEND YOU HER NAIL POLISH.
and maybe she can help you get that tulan look off your face :P
