heh, imho, its actually basic human logic and courtesy, for someone new in a forum to, NOT go in any forum and ask for something as if others owe them a living. Worst thing, when you wanna ask for something, a word of "thanks" cant even be read. But then, even if its there, still wont changed the fact of asking wrong thing as if others owe them a living.
logic, courtesy, thanks, i see none. Hehe, we are nice and helpful people, but hopefully new people can be nice and think more as well.

No such thing thing as free lunch in this industry my friend. You gotta work for your food.
Check out the Gig/Concert section or the Bands Wanted section. Might help if you let your index finger do some clicking.

If you really want gigs, go practice hard with your band, record a few demos, and send those out to prominent gig organizers. Assuming you have done your research in this forum, you would have already known the contact details of aforementioned organizers.

I'm fine with amateur bands, problem is, most of them suck. By coming here and telling people to organize a gig to suit you, probably means that you're too damn LAZY to go and look for your own gigs! I won't be surprised if people turn you away because your manner of speech would just sound BAD on stage.
