there are a couple of warehouse jamming studios already but so far been rather quiet. i think cos most warehouses are like out of the way, jammers need a car to get to these places. if not have to walk far far. must be really cheap and good to attract the crowds. One thing for sure u wont get "walk-in" crowds, like those studios in prime areas. if u are not out to make a living from the studio then go for it. There are too many new studios popping up these days. If u cant retain a sizeable pool of die-hard regulars, its hard to make any money. Anyway, good luck!
