Verve Music School is dedicated to providing quality music education and developing the performing artistry of students. Aligned with our spirit of inventiveness, we offer a diverse range of arts courses and our course curricula are specially designed to ensure a balance of versatility and discipline so as to bring out the best in our students.
We are seeking creative and resourceful individuals to lead and develop our arts service by joining us as Full/Part-time Arts Management Trainees. You will provide a strong artistic vision for the school; building on existing partnerships, setting new challenges and ensuring the school reaches its full potential.
As an Arts Management Trainee, you may be deployed to various Divisions in the course of your career:
1. Conceptualising ideas for interesting arts course curricula and pedagogical methods
2. Grooming of students and training of teachers
3. HR/ Operations
4. PR/ Marketing
5. Managing art events
Personal Qualities:
- Creative and passionate about the role of the arts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Good team spirit and people-oriented
- Able to work within tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma
- Music qualification not a must but an advantage
- Experienced or received professional training in one or more of the following arts subjects;
1. Piano / Violin / Flute / Guitar / Drums
2. Music Theory
3. Dance
4. Foundation Music
5. Visual arts
- Must be able to work retail hours and weekends
