wah-wah pedal mod

Hi all, to pedal modders and DIY Enthusiast..

is it possible to mod a wah to become a expression pedal when it's in bypass mode.. and once it's switched on it'll become a normal wah again..

the expression will be for the EHX holy stain.. The wah in particular will most probably be the budda wah..

or is there already something like that in the market which im not aware of?

Even if it can be done ....wouldn't it cause confusion?
A wah can be mod to a volume pedal but since an expression needs a single stereo plug, specific pot value and switching ...it may get complicated...imo.
