I know this question is very odd, i just recently bought some items off the net, then got 2 address to put in, one billing address and the other is shipping address. The billing address is fill in wat ar? My house address ar? Then got billing phone also, put wat number? Thanks.

Billing Address - Address where the bill is sent to.
Shipping Address - Address where the item is sent to.
For example, you might be buying a gift for a friend, so the shipping address would be his house. While the billing address is your address, as you are paying for the gift.
