Vox tonelab help

Hi to my fellow vox tonelab users, firstly, we need to congratulate ourselves on acquiring such a fine piece of equipment(sounds better than the podxt! )

anyway i replaced the tube, and ever since, i've had problems with my tonelab's volume. any one of you have advice to give regarding this?

Bring the unit back to City Music if it still is under warranty. If it were to happen to me, I would be really afraid to meddle with things that I dont understand. Play it safe

do you know how long the warranty is? i think my tonelab is 4 years old

When you bought your Vox unit, it comes with the warranty card which the nice people at City Music will request you to register. I bought mine recently and I got a 1 year warranty
