Voluptuous Flanger (Think 38D)

Hi folks
Yours truly is looking to get into the pedal thingies. Can the kind souls here recommend a flanger?

heh, i recommend true 38D instead. Then can do like rifle PT, boob stroke to the head, boob stroke to the head, heyyyyyy yattttttt!

But then, for flanger, i recommend EH electric mistress, classic sound plus the comb filter thingy, can get some hollowish processed tone.

Another one is foxrox TZF, this one can get true zero flanging like aeroplane fly over head disappear and suddenly fly back again. Some setting can get a nice chorus and vibrato tone

If you wanna whacked out flanger and extreme tweaking of knobs to get noise, beep, hiss and lastly, some flanging or phasing, EH flanger hoax be a good choice. But this pedal really need to tweak around before getting normal flanging outta it.

Thanks Path bro, I'm just looking to stroke it with my fingers, for a nice fat warm tone - fingerstyle, of course. Not wanting to re-create airport scenes. :lol:

Thanks for the suggestions. Any ideas on the Van Halen and/or Boss flangesr?

not too sure bout the vh flanger. I left out the boss one coz i didnt really like it personally. I thought the flanging never really get that deep swooshing sound i was looking in flanging when i was trying out.

If you wanna check out the clip of the tzf, theres quite a couple over at foxrox site, http://www.foxroxelectronics.com. The deep swooshing flanging is what i like in flanger

This other clip is using the tzf for chorus sound.
