Video Camera's Audio Input Level Calibration??

Hey people. Recently I posted to look for sound recordist for a video production, sad to say that no one is interested in it, so I guess our crew just have to do it outselves. The question here is, we are using a Sound Device 302 field mixer, and it has a 1KHz tone oscillator outputing at 0dBU. So should we adjust the camcorder's audio input level to -20dBFS on the camera's meter or to 0dBFS??

I have read stories that -20dBFS is the way to go. However, on the other hand, I have also read that it should be set to 0dBFS so that whatever you see on your field mixer's meter will correspond to your camera's meter. I'm so confused here man...please help!! Thanks.
