read about Mattias in a British guitar mag. its mentioned he's "the prince of freak guitar." his album Freak Guitar - the road less traveled, was named album of the month. hmmmmmm... never had a chance to listen to his music till now. thnx ShredCow for the link.

his guitar is interesting. i guess its a custom brand right? if i'm not wrong Hamer used to have a model that looks just like that, with the 27-29 frets and the slanted single coil. the guy with the fretless is damn-crazy too! and the drummer looks like Zakk Wylde! this is an interesting video...

As you can see, you require Realplayer to view them. I have Freak Kitchen music vids Jerk, Speak When Spoken To and Nobody's Laughing in my PC (unfortunately broadband Internet is temporarily unavailable, just shifted). And Jerk was when he had the Caparison Horus guitar, purple in colour. Now he has his own signature guitar, and he is Caparison's favourite artist IMO. haha

I like masterclass_ia.rm a lot cause it's very funny and cool. Starts off with a demonstration of a lick from the track "There is No Money in Jazz". Hope this will please ya, ShredCow! Notify me if the links aren't working...

Ah... I d/loaded that Bbf vid a long time ago, and deleted it by accident! It's an edited version, tho. But I managed to download a longer version of that vid from the Bunglefever FTP... Hilarious! Bbf plays a medley of songs, vocally squeals (how the hell does he do that?) and proceeds to play Guitars Suck!

One of the freshest bands on the planet right now and still an incredibly innovative musician.

I still find Mattias an excellent composer.
