Good resource. One thing must be considered though - for many, it may mean actually upgrading the entire PC.

One should wait for atleast a few more months..the ideal time to upgrade would be next year entirely because working on drivers & coding compatibility layers take time, despite the fact the M$ board has already been using 5 years drawing up plans and counters to issues such as this. For now, M$ is looking desperate. There should be no rush to upgrade from XP.
