I'll start of by saying that Rush(drummer neil pearts band) are underated

Rush isnt underated. It's just in singapore where others dont know how to listen and appreciate it. Most of it is well known in other countries.

True!no way Rush is underated,they r popular overseas,just not pop in spore cos radio dun play Rush stuffs.

Tool? eventhough they are getting coverage from time to time..they are not overrated..and neither are they popular(as in gets frequent airplay) the only reason they are mentioned quite alot now is because of their latest album...then they disappear again
