two Voices

You can sing two notes at the same time, though the second note will not be as powerful. You can look for "throat singing" or "overtone singing" for this kind of technique.

As for pronouncing words with both voices, I'm not sure that that's possible :)

I'm pretty sceptical that she could pronounce words with two voices simultaneously. Singing "aaah" is one thing, but generating different vowels and consonants is another.

I think ventriloquists have learnt how to generate speech without using any externally visible muscles. Maybe you can use that method combined with normal speech to make two voices? But it's still the same air being used for both.. and a lot of consonants are made by cutting off or restricting airflow.
