TUBE AMP repair techs?

hi guys... having just retubed my 5150 combo with JJ tubes... and i did some cosmetic mods as well.... now my amp doesnt work... its just alot of hiss and noise...... omg what have i done...

pls help me!!!! recomend me a good amp tech who knows how to bias amps...trouble shoot... etc... really need his help...

Hey chan, give this guy andrew a call 97438221. He fixed up my mesa real good and the customer service was great. He calls me up to update me on my amp along to way and for decisions i need to make when he suggests some stuff. He also drove to my place to collect the amp and brought it back here when it was done.

Chanmin, I've heard nothing but good things about Andrew from Nanoshred. Got the job done very well and was very professional and accomodating.

JJs are slightly darker than sovteks and have an nicer sweeter top end me is riking them hurhurhur.

took me about 3days with my gf ... sanding and sawing away under the hot sun.
assembled the amp today morning...and flick the power switch... and the standby... and ALAS!!! the amp malfunctions.... sadness... hope andrew can fix it man...

oh no man ... i didnt build a new cab for the amp... i basically ripped the tolex off... sawed off the head portion and sanded/stained the bare wood underneath...

Make sure you clean your tubes after handling them. If they heat up when there's finger grease on them it's very bad.

hey man ... no idea... but i do agree with you on the fact that andrew seems extremely busy...

my amps been with him almost 3weeks now... called him once last week he told me needs more time.....but another week already no news from him still ... hope my amp is still in singapore...

still despite that... he came highly recomended by a gd friend of mine. so im still keeping my fingers crossed.
