Tough Decisions......

CU24 are not "usually" fixed bridge. You can look at fixed bridge models Custom 22, McCarty etc. With this price range, I would include Musicman JPX or JPXi to the list if you are not too crazy about LP tone and don't mind a trem.

My say is go with whatever feels best.
I personally wanted a Gibson SG, went through 7 different SG Standards, got to my current one, played one note, and both me and my friend were like "That's the one!"
You'll know sometimes what is the correct instrument for you man.

Yup,I guess so. Just have to try them out. But PRS 24 custom is way out of budget man!I saw the vid of the prs pickup test and the sound that u can actually get from that guitar is just insane!I kind of like that guitar even before I ever lay my hands on it.But how does it cost?

all petrucci models come with a dive-only bridge. he only uses a full-floating with his ibanez if i'm not wrong. and if the prs c24 is out of ur budget i suggest the jp50 or something similar. dun think its wise for me to disclose price here but i know that the jp100 is ver reasonably priced, and its this year's new model!! haha!!

I don't think I will get the petrucci model though. Because I've got plan for a BFR next time! Anyway,I will go check out the prs 24! As for the ESP horizon, is the clean sound nice? I saw a vid of the prs 24 the pickup test! Its just amazing. Have u guys checked it out?? Just type prs 24 custom pickup test.
