Noktunal Mortum are my favourite due to the keyboard sounding and it give u the amphoshpere that u really in some cold mountains at night all those.
Most of their songs take u away From our social Life and Reality and give the calm feeling of nature

lol ok for the sake of gorgor, i like marduk too. 
eh but really, if you should suggest like the best marduk album, which would it be? like I know how sometimes you cant rate metal, but like if all you had is one of their album to grab someone's attention, which would it be? I listen to them, just havent gotten their cds. spent close to like a thousand this year on cds i think. next year shall be more!

I don't think Celtic frost can be considered black metal. They had the imagery back then but I and maybe them don't consider themselves one. Anyway, have you read "Are you morbid?" by Tom G Warrior? He's way of writing and thinking is kinda wierd. They think themselves more as avant garde metal. Have not listen to the recent album to give further comments though.
Monotheist is more on a mixture of Avant Garde & Doom Metal to me, listen to one of their song "A Dying God Coming Into Human Flesh" its had the doomish riffs.Yup Celtic Frost ain't Black Metal, but they have some impact of influcence which refer Celtic Frost as one of their influcence when they release Morbid Tales.

it would be ' Those Of The Unlight ' and ' Plague Ange'l.. Those two are the best albums from MArduk
