yeah! the new release from tool is really great! the stereoscopic lens provided with the cd packaging is awesome! just buy it for the packaging if you do not like them! well worth it!

i have been listening to tool since aenima ....'stinkfist'! and in 1996 i was label manager for volcano (bmg) and i did a promo with justin chancellor here in singapore BUT the band somehow did not catch on.....well i am glad they are seeling their records here now.

How is the new album?
Frankly I've always find their music a bit tedious to go through. I have Undertow and Aenima for years, but I can't seem to get into them somehow. I must practice some patience I think!

Aenima is my fav of theirs and had no trouble getting into it. This one..well taking a while. gave it a break for a week and came back to it today and its growing on me.

Few songs bore me, some really stand out. Vicarious, the pot and jambi are my favs

You missed out Lateralus and Opiate. But anyway, I've been a long time TOOL fan, but increasingly find that A Perfect Circle (Maynard's long term sideproject) much better in terms of musical ideas and accessability.
