time required for setup

hi. i sent my acoustic in for setup around 2 fridays ago(dropped it off at exel). I was told that the team was overseas and hence the job won't be started till they're back. My invoice was stamped with 'delayed'. I'll be having a performance this weekend (sat or sun). Just wondering if its possible to get it back before then? if not i'll have to make arrangements to borrow one for my performance. thanks!.
