Hi guys,
Just had some brilliant after-sales care from The Sound Channel and Keith McMillen Instruments. I had some issues with my SoftStep and they took care of it in double-quick time, I am not back in action. The SoftStep is, bar none, the best MIDI pedal I have ever come across for my needs (compact, durable, endlessly configurable).
Andy at the Sound Channel went above and beyond to keep me happy with this one, I was poking around his website and noticed he has some really killer stuff, and I will definitely be paying him a visit when my wallet is feeling heavy and in need of some relief
