I realised not many threads here are about grunge music.So this is the place to talk about GRUNGE

When those bands were still releasing those classic albums(now) as new back then, i was so much into them, but sadly over the years, it doesnt meant much anymore other than teenage angst with that pathetic sense of belonging. Not too mentioned that grunge prolly doesnt meant much to the bands that were bandwagoned into the movement

but yeah,kinda hav to agree with pathe that grunge is losing life or is already dead...but when u think about it grunge is part of alternative rock so its still around...just not as popular...

the whole movement was an attempt by the magazines, media that was blown outta proportion when towards the end of 80s, early 90s where some form of music need to take center stage to rid of the stupid cock hair rock of the 80s, imho.

I was young then to believe :lol:

anyway, tribute shud be to the early seattle bands for the whole thing, motherlovebone, green river, malfunkshion, deranged diction, melvins, tad etc and tons of others. Without those, its wont became a movement
