not say old school lah. i love the MMP shells cos they are really full and clean yet deep. Its a preference after getting used to DW kits. the MRP projects too much for me too. if you're not getting a diamond burst, im guessing you're getting a Antique gold.

haha...it is a old sound I reckon...but if that's what you're looking for then that it is one of the best built kits out there!

I'm a working drummer and versatility is very important (unless I have loads of money to buy multiple kits). With the MRP I can rock out with its ability to project but also chill out in a jazz setting by playing lesser...
