THE FOOTBALL THREAD Vol 2

I feel bendtner wasn't in his top form and he's been playing very flimsily, he's been passing wildly and there's tons of times he let the ball slip past him and not go after. Wenger should have made necessary substitutions earlier in the game to up the game level.

The gunners had no problem penetrating through Man City's defense, they have problems slotting the ball in the goal.

And Almunia's own goal, shucks, that was plain unlucky. Very very unlucky.

The first goal Arsenal should have defended better.Richards totally out jumped the whole Arsenal defence.

Arsenal lack that finishing touch.Since Henry left I personally think they havent been a threat in attack.Too dependent on the midfield to get the goals.

arse did not have a big squad.
cl is coming, than league cup, fa cup, international matches.
for a few seasons, arse manage to get into top 4 cos the team that is vying for that position are mainly team that have a small squad themselves - everton, villa but with shitty, this is totally a different level altogether.

damn, as a neutral watching the arsenal man city game, that image of adebayor raising his arms right in front of the gunners fans is freaking epic man. Will be an iconic picture in years to come.

stupid or not, thats passion right there.

IMO, i felt the gunners did not play well and deserve that loss to city. I do question wengers tactics in that game.

As for Adebayor, I think his celebration was not appropriate but then again, What the fans did to him at his time in arsenal was not too good either.

That stomp on persie's face was uncalled for. I think the F.A would persure this.

Eduardo is a just & honest striker - unlike the asshole Adebayor or diving Rooney tunes

Damn, it's great news to me in the morning! EDUARDO IS INNOCENT! in fact ever since the witch hunt started, the Gunners morale was down and it didn't help them through ManUre's match.

Then we headed on to Man Shitty in real bad form. I hope winning this case will boost up their morale and start kicking butt once again!

how can these not be deliberate?

look at how he positions his foot on fabregas's ankle and stamps down quickly looks away and made it look like an accident.

i was thankful that fabregas still gets up and play.

and of course this.

bringing up his right leg, position, aim then steps on v.persie's face AND fingers. and this time he is in full view of what's happening. definitely malice. and he's not carded for this?

he should be banned from playing soccer altogether.

ban
adebayor!

the one on van persie is clearly a stamping incident on adebayor part.
you can clearly see how he put force on that leg just to give it more weight when it land.
that is intent to hurt a fellow professional and if the fa doesn't do anything, than shitty has certainly becomes 1 of the big/rich clubs that the fa turns a blind eye on.
