look man, you may think that $50 is a small sum to pay for a hard case, but you are missing the whole point here. If the guitar is on sale, it is supposed to come with ALL the original stuff unless otherwise stated. I know many people who bought prestiges off the sale and it came with ALL the stuff which it is supposed to

if the guitar originally sells with a hardcase, you might want to find out why it was not given to you, instead of just forking out the only

Ok ok i get the point dun need to get so worked up. The point is though, that it is a bit too much 2 expect normal stuff on a half-priced item. Yes they do jack the prices but isn't it a bit too harsh to demand a hardcase? I mean, yes their service suck, blablabla we have heard all that. But the sale is, to me a good time to satisfy GAS. Can't we just be satisfied with what we got and not hanker for more? Of course we all have different opinions but some of us here don't need to be so blatant. And btw, $50 is not a small sum but for a good hardcase, yes i wld pay. Wldn't everyone here do the same thing? As 4 ur friends who got the case, all i can say is good 4 them.

mi fren boguht a prestige durin the june sale . his guitar came with a hardcase. maybe u can go down 2 swee lee show them ur receipt and ask whether the guitar comes with the hardcase.

Yeah, they do supply hardcases even during the sale sry my bad. I called them 2 check. They said bring ur receipt down and they'll give u 1.

pertaining to Prestige Ibanez models- Japanese ones come with a hardcase as std accessory. korean ones do not. the nature of the sale does not dictate a hardcase availability. if certain accessories are strictly not available for some reasons or other, mention it in this forum for discussion, hopefully it'll be resolved.

pertaining to sale circumstances- sometimes, despite having a hard case as std issue for an item, it's not given during the sale event itself. retain your receipt & enquire subsequently.

this is why i advocate for early annoucement for sale events- it cuts both ways:

*for the seller- ample time to tell potential buyers what they get when they buy a certain item (eg: this guitar comes with a bag, not a hard case).

*for the buyer- ample time to find out which models come with accessories so there won't be squabbles during actual sale day.
