Tell me about Gotoh bridges.

Hey guys, I tried to search for stuff about Gotoh bridges but I wanted to hear more about it.

What do you guys think about these kind of floyd rose type bridges? Are they good?

they're are probably one the best and most affordable floyd style vibrato bridges in the market now. alot of people agree that they are even better than the originals now which seem to have loss alot of quality. they also make most of the high end ibanez bridges and the ibanez bridges are suppose to be some mean nasty bridges which can take alot of beating so i guess they know alot about making floyd style bridges.

Sounds good! The materials they use for the bridges are strong right? I mean, I heard about some low-end guitars by ibanez with bridges made of low quality materials. Like the lo-trs or something.

The Lo TRS is a budget Floyd Rose trem... its a licensed copy.

Some people have good experiences with them but most have negative experiences - generally, the QC is pretty poor.

The Gotoh Floyd Rose is current one of the best priced and best made Floyd Rose tremolos around. They have already bested the OFR - Suhr has gone over to the Gotohs.
