Yes there are policemen with tattoos. But of cos not seen when wearing uniform.

hi guys, very old post but, if i have tattoo at my backpalm, which is the area which u can see ur fingernails, not the place where u can see your palm lines, is it allowed in NS? i mean like if u need to salute who ever , and picture is taken, they can see your tattoo
